Swain needs a recast for early detonation on his E

First off let me say thanks Riot for making W a skillshot you actually have a chance to land now, and even though it’s still difficult to land the ability to cut off retreats outside of the lane gives it some pretty solid strategic potential. However, the biggest issue remains in the ridiculous inconsistency of his e; unless your laner is flat-out braindead you pretty much can’t land it in the laning phase after they get t1 boots, and that’s assuming they don’t already have a dash to get out of it. Swains e should be allowed a recast to cause an early detonate similar to and ’s Qs. The damage, root duration, or the potential to root more than one target could all be adjusted to make up for this, but right now the ability feels way too inconsistent as a reliable method of catching your target (unless they went to the Prometheus school of running away from things,) especially in the laning phase with creeps hanging around at every other angle to block it.
