Can you please stop nerfing Fiora's base stats and focus on her real problem.

Fiora is still broken as all hell even with those base stats nerfs because her base stats aren't why she is broken, it's because of her stupid Q that she is broken. She is basically a melee version of Kalista as soon as you get some CDR but unlike Kalista she has huge true damage. Huge true damage + insane mobility = not a fun or fair champ to play against. So how about you bring back up the cooldown of her Q, not to the levels that it was at when she was released but maybe to a level where even if you get full CDR it will have a 4 sec cooldown if you get the reset on it. This is not a QQ thread about Fiora because I actually like the new Fiora a lot but she is no fun right now because I don't feel like I accomplished anything when I get a kill with her because it doesn't take as much skill unlike when she was released. So I hope she gets the correct nerfs that she needs instead of some pitiful base stats nerf so that she will feel like you need some skill to play her again.
