Regarding Cass

I honestly feel like I'm playing a weaker veigar. She's really really really strong after 34 minutes. BUT, Veigar provides far beetter coverage the entire game compared to Cass. His Q is essentially Cass's passive, only it isn't capped. Whereas his passive solves her mana issues.

I'm not sure anyone else has seen the resemblance. I'm going to play a few more games with her, but overall . . . she still isn't worth picking over anyone else.

Yep, the rework is a total trainwreck which sapped Cass of her fun gameplay and it seems like Stashu has no intentions on backing down on any of his terrible designs (stacking passive, all power on E, ineffective poisons).

Her Q is basically Swain's E. Her E is basically just a "buffer" And her W is a skill shot slow with questionable effect save for drop and forget in team fights. And her E also has the "irelia Q" function for farming. But, overall, she's a lesser Veigar. She doesn't start doing worthy damage until you 35 minutes in and have two stacks of E on a dotted person. Where, most champs are good all game. I feel currently, she's a champion overloaded with a lot of excessive fluff to compensate for her overall shitty abilities.

Meh, her power is fine. Even though I don't like her new gameplay.

Here's a summary of my games with her so far (Elo range: gold to diamond). Runes / Masteries are included in a comment: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/AV4U2IGY-477-passive-stacks-cassiopeia-at-1947?comment=0002
