Nearly every game I've been in, someone has lost their tower under 8 minutes

You have a rune that can chunk nearly a 4th of a towers health and rift (that can literally be 1v1 by anyone in the game) and chunk a towers health by over half and everyone's damage has increased insanely.

Turrets need to be buffed.

Not sure if buffing turrets will increase game length or make it easier to deny turnaround for the losing team.
