how to carry as talon????

Most games its very easy for me to roam and get very fed but im having so much trouble carrying games. Its very hard to give kills to other team mates because of talons burst and talon late game is so shit. Im losing every game even though i get fed early on. Its extremely frustrating and i do not know what to do please help.
