similar to pantheon?

I usually fairly well on pantheon , but he can fall off in the late game. Is there any body that you would suggest that is similar to him? doesn't have to have a strong late game. I usually go top, but mid or jungle is fine.

JarvanIV Full AD mid doesnt fall off, Has AOE, can jg really well as well a huge threat top. Bring the team utility. He can even support. Top: item 3071 item 3074 item 3068 / item 3742 item 3156 item 3512 / item 3026 JG: item 1409 item 3748 item 3190 Mid: item 3142 item 3147

Top lane can allow huge pushing power as well as rather good 1v1 and teamfighting potential.

Jg build actually builds off of counter jungling quickly and counter ganking, with AOE and AS he will be able to clear above average.

Mid: Get some damage, E Q combo, AA Tiamat AA then ult after using W slow, You have a kill. If burst doesnt work his MS and AS he will out DPS any champ in game.
