Any plans for Season 6 Dragon Changes?

So with rift herald and overall speed of games, the dragon has dropped to very low priority in games. Dragon 1 is still fine for the atk boost and 3 is still OK for movement speed (if the game lasts long enough for three), but there is no urgency anymore in having to worry about a team getting 5 dragons.

Have their been any changes announced for the dragon that will bring him back into higher value?
