Can we consider some buffs to Ezreal?

45% winrate which has been going down since the last couple of patches, due to nerfs, hurting his lifesteal and damage quite significantly.

He's known as the "I don't trust my teammates" pick or one of, if not THE safest AD carry pick that scales well into the mid game. However due to itemization changes and more focus on lane bullies like and , assassins like , utility like and or hypercarries like , he fits into none of these categories since all he does is bring damage and a well-scaling ADC.

Now that his itemization has been hit, his winrate is also tanking since he can no longer reliably scale well or do enough damage to become relevant.

However the biggest problem is definitely , coming back with just a tear in laning phase has got to be one of the worst backs for any ADC considering most of them back with either a or a .

I really hope riot considers Ezreal for buffs in the near future.
