Change to the way be ban

After seeing a lot of ban threads around here and how people simply want to increase the number of bans. I thought I's weigh in a little on what I feel like would actually be a beneficial to strategy and not just trying to get rid of certain champs.

I've played a lot of Mobas and each one has decided to do bans a little different. My idea is to spread the bans out instead of just simply doing it all at once. You would ban 1 champion at the start. then go through your first round of picking. Then you do another ban and another round. Followed by the last ban and the final round of picks. Now i'll lay out how it will actually work in terms of real time.

Team 1 bans. Team 2 bans Team 1 picks 1 champ Team 2 picks 2 Champs Team 1 bans team 2 bans Team 1 picks 2 champs Team 2 picks 2 champs Team 1 bans Team 2 bans Team 1 picks 2 champs' team 2 picks 1 champ

By no means is this a great idea, but I think its a basis at best. Let me know what you think.
