Shop/Chat not working in Client

Since being able to join the client itself has become very buggy. It constantly says that I'm logging into chat service so I can't access friends list or any in-client chat including Champions Select Lobby. Also the shop never wants to open. Usually it goes straight to a black screen, but occasionally it goes to a attempt at the store where I can read words, but no pictures. Also all links don't work and it just freezes.
