Barrier occupies too much of the same space as heal and needs to be changed
Currently Heal and Barrier function too similarly. I propose making barrier a shorter duration than 2 seconds, but that ALL damage is blocked for the duration- hence a true "barrier".
This spell would then be a better counter to burst, assuming a player was good enough to anticipate when to use it.. Additionally it would serve a function that Heal does not, making two freshly distinguishable summoner spells! :-)
Divine Intervention? Do you realize how absolutely broken that would be? Can you imagine
having an almost 5 second immunity to damage during Ravenous Flock?
being unkillable for another two seconds?
just standing there with an Upgraded! Turret?
