Can Nidalee's base ad be slightly buffed at early levels?

Right now she has 48 base ad at level 1. After the change to W's damage from %health to flat damage, I really don't see why she should have such a low base ad. Every other champion who's ad is that low at level 1 is like that because they have auto attack enhancers (Orianna's passive, Lulu's passive, Karthus most likely because of his Q cooldown, Teemo's E passive and I believe he has 2 more ad at level 1 ). Her Jungle clear has gotten much slower after recent patches (the bugfix that removed cougar resets, and the trap damage type change), and laning is also worse because of it.

If she's going to get a buff, she's going to get nerfed somewhere else. She's already strong as both an assassin, mage and bruiser. She's not even suppose to be a jungler, that's why they removed the % damage.

"This champion who's theme is about being a hunter and protector of the jungle shouldn't actually be able to jungle"

They could have simply put a cap vs monsters on the %damage; she could have used this especially now with how beefy tanks are. Now it's a lot harder for her to find and pick a squishy off (basically only the midlaner or adc atm).

She shouldn't need a nerf somewhere else for something as small as 3 ad.

Her winrate is due to her having a "high" skillcap. Meaning that if you're good, then she's a really strong pick. If you're bad, then she's a weak pick. Even though I don't want to admit that it takes any skill jumping with 0.5-2 sec cooldown, she's honestly a skillcap champ, and noobs pick her up and think they're gonna be gods.

In high elo her winrate is more than ok, and in low elo she's not very strong and it's lower. I'd rather keep her this way than buffing or nerfing her. If she's buffed she'll become even a larger threat in high elo, and a possible threat in lower elo. If she's nerfed she'll only be viable in high elo, and will suffer greatly in lower.

Just leave that ugly champion like she is. She doesn't need attention right now.

Pounce is on a 5 second static-cooldown, meaning you can't lower it with cdr. The only thing it lowers is the reset time on kills, .15 seconds/10%cdr.

I'm not asking for any major buffs here; all I ask is for 3 ad at level 1 so she can actually cs as a midlaner or toplaner.
