Tahm kench needs some balancing
First of all please forgive my name, it was made under some circumstances.
By no means am i saying that Tahm is broken, but Tahm has been the topic of a lot of discussion lately, and playing against him is frustrating. Every one of his abilities comes with a passive and an active so the amount of scaling damage on his abilities has begun to frustrate me and a number of other players. His damage stats involve a lot of percent health scaling which is normal for many tank champions, but he has a large amount of percent health damage on his w which i don't think should be part of a support/tank champion. much of his kit comes with a lot of damage without building any. Such as his ults passive, he gains bonus magic damage on his abilities and autos equal to 4/6/8 percent of his max health. and considering his max health at level 18 is 2225 which would add just under an extra 200 damage on autos and his abilities on top of their passives, and thats without tank items, i believe it should be more like 2/3.5/5 which is still a lot of damage as just a tank, without building ap.
His e is also something i wanted to talk about, the fact that he can have full health, be reduced to 1 health then generate a shield for all of that lost health is just stupid. i believe there should be a ratio of what he can regen, not all of the health maybe 75% or something like that, but the fact that he can regain his full health bar as a shield is just not fair and i do understand that that sheild decays, but in a teamfight every second matters and i thinks it sholuld decay over maybe 4 - 5 seconds.
Now do i think what im suggesting is what we should implement, no. but i do think he needs some balancing that may change his stats from percent health to normal damage. i believe the percent damage on his w should stay because its a large part of his kit, but that it should be reduced to a flat amount with scaling damage, because any tank can be drastically chunked down by this ability.
I think he needs some adjustments not a complete nerf, because if you fall behind as tahm, its hard to recover i think his base stats need a little buff as well, laning against a tahm support is not fairly challenging against many other supports because he is easy to chunk down with the high cooldown of his e. but his late game is really my big issue, when you look at his full stats at the end of the game its really just ridiculous, i think he needs some late game nerfs, and some early game buffs to make him more viable in the jungle top and support roles. Also im fairly new to the boards and its really my first time talking about a champion so im sorry if the information i presented is balanced compared to other champions. or if i posted this in the wrong place.
