Fuck huni for picking him, literally the only reason team ice won is because jax is broken. he could basically one shot the carries without even trying, great job rito way to balance the champions, and pick commentators who dont even address it
They play on 5.23...Jax is not even good anymore...under 50% winrate.
The fevor nerf was also a buff. Jax, when he autos, he gets it twice as fast (before "nerf" no stacks) and with his auto attack reset he can get 4 stacks of fevor and more in under 2 secs then you can add in 2 stack for ability damage every 2 seconds, especially when he has his atk speed passive going. Just because he can't start it up on minions he still has other ways to increase his atk speed with his kit to start fevor up and now gets 2 stacks each auto as opposed to one. 300 gold isn't much of an increase. Jax dropping in win rates is him getting banned more often and people having trouble adjusting to the change. Jax isn't op its certain items combined with masteries and a champion Like how Brand was, are op.
Warwick is not the same as the champion himself was nerfed as well along with the item. Jax doesn't need a nerf. He does need a buff, the issue is items are affecting him, making him more powerful than he should be. Warwick as well needs a buff and more than likely a complete rework.
Jax's Kit is very basic and simple he just all ins, deals damage either kills the target or doesn't, very much like Warwick. Another issue is because of his kit there is no champion skill involved and more about players skill knowing what you can and can't do atm, its just not fair. In fact he needs more of a rework or else he will stay in the mist of because hes to easy to play he shouldn't be that dominate in play. Jax has 1 avoidable skill being his stun and with Jaxs jump it normally requires Jax to misplay or a Blink to escape it.
There are other champions who follow the same format, go in do damage. Like Olaf, Aatrox, Tryndamere, Yi/etc the difference is Jax can Press an ability and become tanky while having shit tons of damage with an ability that avoids damage and it stuns.
