She will be buffed around patch 8.6 and maybe they will give her a new passive according to Meddler. Let's hope she gets more dmg or survivability (or both?).
They nerfed Lissandra's burst a great deal a while back, because they wanted her focus to be cc rather than 1 shotting.
If they truly want her to be a cc bot, then they need to focus on improving her as a battlemage, with more staying power. Her passive is a great place to start.
47% winrate with the new items. My Queen just hit rock bottom I think. Looking forward for her updates in 8.6.
