It doesn't matter "how good they have it", does it? I can't figure out why they have the system the way they do. I'm not sure the reasoning. But if people are willing to sit in queue for long periods of time to play the role they want and are good at, then make it so. The only people who suffer for that are those who want to compete for the most played roles. This system, despite its predecessor, is a limited upgrade that obviously has created an uproar.
