"You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions."

So am I always going to be "ineligible to earn loot" or will this be lifted and go away?

Honestly, I just got my friends a bunch of S games because I was really trying hard to get some loot containers to see this new system. A reason to actually play league of legends instead of games like Warframe and The Division but I guess since I was banned for 2 weeks for a completely justified outrage.(teammate who intentionally loses the game, and I don't mean just did bad, but intentionally fed dunkey style) and I get banned for a reaction. Now apparently I can't get loot in this new system. I get reported all the time. If I'm toxic or not. I play solo, so they stick me with 4 man premades who just moan and groan at the fact I'm not using verbal communication. It's honestly no wonder I have not purchased anything in this game for well over a year at this point. They honestly don't want players like us. I've heard it be said. Honestly, league of legends Is becoming something like a feminist rally, where kids whos feelings are easily hurt come together to in a way shun someone as a group. Pretty much most people who play this game, are guilty of ganging up on someone else who is not doing or playing how they wish. I pretty much now don't really care. Why should other people in my party get something for me doing good. If I don't?

According to the lack of riot responses, the answer is yes it will be lifted when they deem that you are reformed, which they will not tell you WHAT the qualifications are for reforming are and claim they will let you have easy access to knowing when your account will be eligible for rewards..

but in the meantime, they'll just continue to spam your end game chat with that message, and cause your grading system to not work as intended...

A new riot system with lack of clarity that screws over players who even got as little as one 10 game chat restrict game.....gotta love it. But hey .....they have no problem letting us buy stuff.....$$$$$$$ and lol at "till we feel like they have reformed".....love having ambiguous goals which are really just a bunch of strangers opinions.

Riot continues the trend of punishing the punished.........><

While I would seek verification from Riot, it is probably safe to assume that you will be eligible when your punishment tier hits zero.

As you should know, there are four tiers of punishment. It takes three months to step down one tier in the punishment system, so the wait for each tier would be approximately:

  • 10 Game Chat Ban (90 Days)
  • 25 Game Chat Ban (180 Days)
  • 14 Day Suspension (270 Days)
  • Permanent Suspension (Never)

Response from a ticket I submitted over same issue - see below

Greetings Summoner,

So, I can understand your confusion in this matter and can clarify what is going on here. This is not a case of double jeopardy but of a continuation of the primary punishment. Though the punishment itself has been cleared, the loot system goes off of our toxicity reading of the account itself. As such, this account will not be eligible to receive loot again until that hidden level finishes resetting through your continued effort at reform. Aside from that, it takes both a function of time and games played where no toxicity is exhibited to reduce, and effectively reset, the hidden "toxicity level" of an account. That said, as each account is unique, even with a hypothetical query of perfect behavior I would not be able to calculate how long that reset would take. The point in cases such as these as the destination is not as important as the journey. Stay focused on being positive in your matches and when you start getting loot you will know you have made it.

Please let me know if you have any further questions,
