Bronze 1 and Silver 5 are exactly the same thing lol. If you understand how MMR or matchmaking works, that means you have bronze mmr and the other player has silver MMR, that's why he is in placements.
Its not retarded? A bronze 1 player in promos is literally 3 wins away from bein gthe same rank as you in silver 5. There is a far larger gap in skill from silver 5 and Silver 1, than silver 5 and bronze 1.
Disguising a thread meant for Gameplay and Balance by throwing a meme in at the last second is a surefire way of getting yourself downvoted and make everyone ignore you completely.
