if you're going to build cinderhulk, you NEED to build some fucking HP. just cinderhulk doesn't cut it

earlygame the hp is enough you don't have to keep stacking it and it also allows for dynamic building so you can just adjust to the flow of the game.
This rule applies more to the red one
