A few Caitlyn ideas

If she can't use her headshot against a tower, why does she get to build up stacks against one? Make it so that she can only get stacks of headshot from hitting minions, monsters, or champions.

Why does her E, her only form of mobility (and which is used to ESCAPE) have an aggressive component? It pains me to see players who walk up, use their net on me, then hit me with a headshot. Why does her E do this; it's an escape tool, not something that should be used for aggression.

Maybe we could make her W a bit different, where she can have two different types of trap. A normal trap just snares the enemy and doesn't give her a headshot. However, if she places a trap in a bush, then the trap has a cupcake on it, and she gets to headshot an enemy that steps on it. Or maybe, if she places traps FROM bushes, then they have cupcakes in them and give her a headshot assuming an enemy steps on them.

Speaking of bushes, how come she generates her headshot 2x as fast within brush? What's even the point? Out of the tens of hundreds of time that I've used Caitlyn, I never think "If only I'd been shooting the enemy in the brush, then I would have killed them!", nor do I see anybody whom I spectate deliberately stand in brush to get headshot faster. Why is this even a part of her kit?

I get that a sniper rifle is something intended to give more range, but isn't 650 pushing it? Maybe 600 would do (despite the fact that both Ashe and Varus have the same ranges [not entirely sure about Varus though, maybe he has 575, haven't checked in a while]). Or, make her autoattacks similar to Graves', where, yes she gets to have that 650 range, but she has to reload her rifle, and attack speed makes her rifle reload faster. Or maybe, she isn't allowed to build attack speed at all, and she's stuck with a fixed attack speed of 0.7 or something like that.
