Hello. I would like to ask 4 questions to kickoff this thriead, they are:

1. What is the hardest hitting item combo regardless of armor or magic resist?
2. What is the hardest hitting item combo vs armor stacking?
3. What is the hardest hitting combo vs magic resist?
4. In the spirit of Tank Akali, what would be the best items for Tank Viktor?

Please, no parrots allowed up in here! All posts must spring from creative and inquisitive thought processes regarding their own actual Viktor gameplay and current meta. Please include Tier/Division(current and all-time).

I will not answer 1-3 right away as I am genuinely interested in what works for others rather than my own opinion. But I will attempt #4- (not too much thought just a quick go for fun) S4/S1
