Ekko is too powerful
I mean, is Ekko going to be nerfed soon? he's literally defined as being a "utility assassin" which currently is extremely powerful across all elo's.

I think ekko is fine right now. He's not broken as he was before but he is above average balance. Tank ekko doesn't work well anymore...he's now a ap assassin...as he should have been.
