Getting Gold

Hi, I am currently Silver 1, 0 Lp and I need a way to get gold quick. As you know I don't have much time, the end of the season is getting closer by the day, but I really want gold. How should I achieve this, should I play game after game till I eventually climb, 1 trick a champion, duo with someone, etc. Please if you have a suggestions to get gold tell me, weather it's a op not banned pick or a strategy be sure to mention it. Thank you.

Id suggest a combination of the first two. Playing a champion you are comfortable on, and playing the crap out of them will allow you to climb. my personal favorite for climbing in silver at the start of the season is jungle sion. The amount of cc he brings as well as a terrifying gank ability that only gets stronger post 6 is pretty dang strong. The only downside is that he takes good decision making when placing telegraphs.
