Yorick support, focused on Tanking damage for days and Walling off enemies for your ADC to take potshots at; providing enough utility and just enough damage to justify targeting you.

In lane you're going to be extremely reactive. Farm off your spoils of war by Q'ing minions to create a grave, at level 2 (if you trust your adc) or three, wall off the ADC or support if they get too close, Raise your ghouls, and throw your E onto them in the wall, your ADC can go in afterwards and pick up the kill. Usually nets about 1 if done right, and can do some massive harass.
Level 6. Use ult in teamfights to provide damage and a meatshield for your backline, wall off threats and E them. Your ult provides %max health damage for the tanks, and Gauntlet for the squishies. Become the Juggernaut that 
wishes he could be; A Tanky a**, CC'ing a**,flexin' a** mother-fugga

Take bond of stone in the defensive side(your and work with this), and mana regeneration with bandit in the utility tree.
EDIT* Yorick can solo dragon provided he has ghouls. Tank it so the ghouls can survive enough to be relevant.
