So I came across an image over the internet and thought it would make great inspiration for a new Quinn skin. http://pre06.deviantart.net/536a/th/pre/f/2015/143/e/a/george_warshington_by_sharpwriter-d8uigwg.jpg (Credits are at bottom of image.) I believe this image suits her well (even though the skin would have her as a male) Her crossbow would be the gun, Valor would have a sick new eagle image, and Quinn would now fly under the new revamped valor with a trail similar to the one left by a fully charged but in the american flag pattern. Her W would display the Statue of Liberty's Torch instead of Valor's eyes.

Tel me, is it not a worthy idea?

Good idea! But to keep it Quinn, maybe just call it "Patriotic Quinn" and give her a Red, White, and Blue outfit and a Bald Eagle

this concept has been out in the community since Quinn's release and it has not happened so I doubt it will happen at all. Sorry guys, Ryze was the only exception, a lot of people are afraid to do these skins because it is involving politics into games.

I'd rather it was like a olympic skin and maybe have Quinn display some American Team clothing or t-shirt.

I want Riot to produce a skin as patriotic as RA'MERICA and UNCLE ZEUS from Smite. This looks like a good opportunity for it (For those who don't know, Ra'Merica creates an American flag in the sky that beams down its glory to heal allies and damage enemies. He also hums a bit of The Star Spangled Banner, shouts "FREEDOM" when he dies, and--if you buy the voicepack--it turns his Woohoo into USA USA USA).
