Sylas chroma skin bugged?
i bought sylas and wanted to buy the red chroma but it was the only one that didnt have an option to buy it. i thought maybe i had already bought it and loaded into a game and was not able to select it.

Hotarµ1 votesIf you want the Ruby (red) chromas for skins, you usually need to buy the bundle to get it. If you bought the entire bundle but didn't get the chroma, file a support ticket.
Green chromas are sometimes limited to content-creator codes, but iirc I don't think Sylas is one of those champions.
