not having them is memeworthy

so make them baseline

People who want swag? How about some champ specific PvE maps or something for you and a few friends? think of it like bonus content or expansion packs.

Get the "lux story mode" thing for 15 bucks or whatever

less popular champs can be lumped in as groups.. so maybe Vi and Ekko could share an arch,

in these stories you could have mini challenges, emotes, icons, and maybe even a 520 quality skin or two (Or just some chromas) just to make it fun.
