High level players in low level match ups

It's completely imbalanced. They get 30+ kills due to their extra mastery points and greater runes. They abuse the system and purposely have a buddy roll a new account so they can group and farm lowbies. It's not good for learning. It's not fun for newer players. It needs to not be permitted. I don't care what anyone says. It's imbalanced and unfair. They immediately have an un-matchable stat starting base. High level players in low level matches should be severely nerfed or it needs to not be permitted. It's not fun for the opposing players in the match because it imbalances the match.
