What is SO wrong about Viktor's ''new'' R ?
I mean , now he only uses his ult for the initial burst and the damage ticks after that are almost useless.

His R's DOT really was lackluster and sort of meaningless. It honestly didn't do much, especially if you just escaped it. You could easily just be grazed and take meaningless damage. Now, it takes longer, but if you're caught by a tick, you take serious damage. Let the circle hit you at the wrong time and tyou get nuked, not get your fingernail slightly cut.

I'm definitely not saying he isn't stronger, we will have to see that, but his gameplay pattern changes.
