Boots of Swiftness Balancing
Just a neglected item. Riot can you do something to these that make it differ from mobility/mercury because they're pretty terrible right now.

I disagree. They're pretty good, especially when you're up against champs with really strong slows like 
Well they're cheaper than Mercury's early by 200g for my Shaco, they give a significant slow reduction, they increase my MS a lot, if I get the Dragon buff speed boost (and later x2 from 5 Dragons) and maybe Baron Ally speed buff, and have on Alacrity with my Swiftness boots, and use my Crit/Armor Pen/Hydra/IE build that includes 2 items that boost my MS by a total of 11%, and my Masteries that include the 1.5% MS boost, I hit around 500 MS with Shaco at all times.
As you can imagine, closing the gap with a slightly exposed APC/ADC is very easy for me, and only harder types of CC stop me for long. Plus I'm doing insane 250% crit Damage (with the 1st hit being 100% chance to crit after exiting Q stealth) with 30% Armor Pen./basically True Damage for 1/3rd of it, and 75% Crit Chance, with very high Attack Speed, and some LS from the Hydra.
Overall I'm pretty happy with this item, but I don't mind a slight buff of some kind. Some items aren't as strong on some champions though.
