Cassiopeia Patch 6.9 Build Questions
I apologize if there's already a thread like this, however I haven't seen one. I'm writing this to ask if people have thought about what they're going to build on Cassi with her upcoming rework and the mage items changing.

Personally I think I'll go with the following:
I like the CDR idea on her especially with the increased mana pool from morello now which would synergize with Seraph, however since it has decreased on ROA I'm seriously considering replacing that item with
as the slow is simply too good I think on her for kiting, continuous damage and clearly marking who you've poisoned. Also since twin fang won't go on cooldown you could hit someone which would slow them, and then use your noxious blast to make it easier to land.
Total AP calc with runes and masteries comes out to about 910 with 30% CDR from the items alone and 3200 mana perfect for spamming spells. The mana could be reduced to 2800 to get the slow from Rylai's instead which would also slightly lower the AP.
Runes and Masteries I'm unsure whether to go the deathfire or thunderlord's route now. Before deathfire was a sure pick however now having the 45% CDR cap means that twin fang would be on a 0.495 CD vs a 0.54 CD and you could level up noxious blast first and combine with each cast to proc thunderlords early on when you're a bit weaker. However deathfire still scales insanely well into the late game whcih is where Cassi will still shine. I also think I will really use CDR per level runes * 6 to get that 10% extra CDR at 18 while the other 3 will be flat mr to survive the early game.
Skill Level Order Noxious Blast is looking more and more attractive to level up first when I consider how the movement speed gained now increases per level, it got a slightly increased damage per level, a scaling up to .7 from .45 and a slightly lower cooldown. On the other hand twin fang now scales per level only on the increased damage to enemies poisoned while the normal scaling is based per level.
Just curious as to what people think. Definitely love Cassi and I'm excited for this rework.
Edit: Another thing as well when comparing RoA vs. Rylai's is that you lose 400 mana and 100 health for a slow and not having to wait for stacking the item but you also lose the ability to heal an extra 20 health per twin fang cast. The AP is the same at 100 but you'd lose 12 AP from the lack of the mana pool.
