Eh. While technically true (their cc overlap fix removed Q's animation locking), I kinda like the change. It means Riven players with worse ping/timing can now fully access her kit, and it also means she can be fully balanced around having more of her kit's power unlocked for everyone/
Wait wait wait did they get rid of her ability to fast Q?
