Can tanks be a viable option again, I MISS THEM.

Adcs scale too hard and have too many ways to deal with tanks. You see they have 2 tanks champ select you get cut down and with the recent buffs well you know what happens. You see they have 2 tanks you build ldr and well you know what happens.... You see they have a tank top laner and you are top lane bring conqueror and well you know what happens......Tanks are no longer viable unless they have a instant burst to them.
