It's quite literally everything that is a problem.
Imagine that ADCs (their items I guess) and Supports get nerfed. Say welcome to League of Assassins and Tanks!
The Assassins can kill whatever the fuck they like to kill since Supports are nerfed other than Tanks!
And who is going to kill the Tanks? It aint the nerfed ADCs that is for sure!
This game is so fucked it's unbelievable. You would need an army of game / balance designers to fix these issues.
Or we could also buff Baron and Elder so snowballing is even more of a problem ey Riot?
