Biggest needed change to ranked balance: queuing as a role.

Am I the only one tired of losing games because I happen to be further down the pick order, and watch in horror as some REALLY bad player takes my best role(middle), proceeds to suck on fire, and cost us the game?

This especially enrages me when it's MY damned promotions being ruined by them. How is queue order at least not partially dictated by people being in promotions?

Added side bonus: Gets rid of a lot of toxicity stemming from people wanting the same role.

Ding Ding we have a winner! This is supposed to be not just a game but a sport, and you can't play You're best role when it counts. Doesn't really make sense.

Look, I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Ranked is mainly used to emulate professional play. The reason that you don't have team builder in ranked is because of this point. Even if you don't believe that, take a look at it this way: Ranked us a way to show how skilled you are at League of Legends, am I right? Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're good at League of Legends, you should be good at every role, yeah? It's called League of Legends, not League of Mid.
