Make warrior into a mini black cleaver?
Builds the same and has the same stats it does now, but has a stacking black-cleaver-like debuff that say, gives 5% armor shred per stack, stacking up to 4 times (20% shred), lasting 4 seconds.
Thoughts?

They should just make it a unique passive. won't get abused in lane that way, since it would do less than the original BC.

right but then Jungers who would normally build BC have no real reason to, because if they do its like wasting an item slot with warrior, its like Cinderhulk and Sunfires.
