hmm... I can't. It might be an assassin item. But it doesn't have lethality, so that's a tick against. If you don't rush it, when is the ideal time to get it? When is it better than duskblade or ghostblade?

It doesn't take much attack speed to get the delay time down below 2 seconds.

So I think maybe we could better say its a "Slayer" item, which includes skirmishers and assassins.
