I will admit he was a bit overtuned, but this seems excessive.
Where is everyone seeing these nerfs. I only look at surrenderat20 atm and I haven't found the kogmaw w nerf and the azir nerf. Azir is probably getting nerfed due to pro play or high elo (d2+ or master+ in this case). Tbh, azir is currently the 3rd to 5th best mid atm. Vlad is 1, and then it depends on how everyone sees it. I personally think xerath is 2 though. The w nerf seems to be a bigger nerf on his waveclear than teamfighting but I might be wrong.
I mean his win rate doesnt really matter because he is strong, but that nerf if it goes thru is fking.. rip lul
