Thoughts on Nautilus buff?

I love Nautilus, but haven't played him since his nerfs earlier this season. Has anybody tried him and had success with him? I had 3 games in a row where I got an S- or higher, but he's definitely better as a support than his top or jungle right now, in my opinion. Thoughts?

it seems unnecessary, he already is quite strong and if this gets him popular it might just get him nerfed, his CC already was quite strong and increasing the stun of an AOE ability by 1.5 seconds is quite significant

He was annoying before and he's annoying after. I mean if these proposed changes for Naut are being considered:

"Staggering Blow (Passive) duration now .75/1/1.25/1.5 at 1/6/11/16 from .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 at 1/6/11/16/18 Depth Charge (R) Cooldown lowered to 120/100/80 from 140/110/80 AP ratio on line damage increased to .8 from .4 Targets hit "along the way" are now also stunned for 1/1.5/2 seconds."

then those of us who like to play squishy supports are going to be faced with potentially yet another damaging meatshield who hooks across the lane. Don't get me wrong the meatshields have a place - but there is a reason why I play support on bottom lane and avoid top lane. And these hook-types are getting way too common and out of hand. (This version of Nautilus will just be yet another Blitzcrank in drag.)
