Zoe is rediculously unbalanced

I don't even know where to start here. Holy shit she just makes me want to smash my computer into a godamn walll whenever I lane vs her. She's absolutely no fun to play against, even when I win lane I feel like I accomplished nothing. Her q is stupid, why does it get stronger the farther away it is and why can't we see it until the last second? Why can you shoot her e from halfway across lane and then proceed to get oneshot by her q? Why is her w the most laughable bullshit RNG ever? Why has she been nerfed 3 or 4 times but still has a 53% winrate in diamond+? Why is she basically permabanned in pro play and higher elo? Congrats rito, you managed to release an unbalanceable champion that is incredibly unhealthy for the game.

So when she turns her body, move because she is about to throw her sleep bubble. Q is small and decently easy to dodge with a quick zig zag. Mix up movements and always keep changing direction in lane like the pros they do it for a reason

I don't really have a problem with her. I don't see her very often and usually I can win vs her. She's just a god awful champion design that's what I'm complaining about.
