LUCK is a form of SKILL

I hear too many people QQ ing about crit. If you think it's broken then use it. Simple logic. I always have 1 red rune for crit. It's less than 1% but does the job when I need it too. I don't think they should nerf it at all. What they should do though is give us a defensive item that reduces crit dmg by 25%. That way instead of nerfing a lot of champions gameplay, they can have the defensive item that allows players to counter build against crit champions if they want to. simple. Luck (aka RNG) is literally antithetical to skill. Luck is a random attribute that acts completely independent of player input, whereas skill is a controlled attribute that is completely dependent on player input.

Either way, I don't personally see crit as a problem, but "if it's so broken just abuse it" is not an actual argument to counter someone calling out something they see as bad game design.

I think what is trying to be said is that there is a certain level of skill involved with acknowledging the presence and influence of luck, knowing how getting lucky or unlucky at any one point in time will effect the outcome of your lane, your jungle, your game etc.
