Small QOL buff to Viktor

Make his Q be an autoattack reset on cast. Not gamebreaking, but just a little nudge in the right direction. It'll help him land his Q reliably whenever he casts it and not have to wait for his attack speed to catch up which could be hard to keep track of in teamfights. Most people honestly wouldn't even notice the change, but I still think it would be a healthy one.
