Azir Was Nerfed Pretty Hard

I'd give up the tower attack to get the damage back on the soldiers. The across the board nerf on Azir's main ability was brutal.

The poke is weak now and the soldiers lack a true killing blow / burst dmg. At best, Azir is a supp champion with a mediocre slow.
