A Suggestion for Surrender Votes

Alright, so. Hear me out. I get the 4-man requirement to surrender, to prevent 3-man premades from trolling. But, then. There's the question of 2-man premades trolling, as well. Honestly, I've seen more people troll surrender votes just because they think it's all okay, even though the entire rift is on fire around us and the enemy team has Elder and Baron, we have no inhibs, and only a single half-HP nexus turret left. Still, 3/2 surrender, can't end.

So, what about this. After 3 failed surrender votes that only fail by ONE vote, the requirement drops from 4/1 to 3/2. That's still a long time for a comeback, and there's no real reason to keep people playing a game that they've clearly lost interest in.

Either way, it's just a harmless suggestion to try and ease up on the rage towards 3/2 surrender votes, since it seems like there's always TWO people that refuse when a game is hopeless.

Just to clarify, I'm not one of those people to completely give up on a game before it's time, but some games... You just get a feeling that you can't win, y'know? You're down all dragons, you're down by 4 towers, enemy team has the comp and coordination that's just on point... It's frustrating to get locked down by those two people. Especially when the 3 others don't want to keep on playing.
