Can MF have her Impure shots(W) AS buff back?

From today's PBE patch: "Impure Shots (W) active attack speed gain reverted to 20/30/40/50/60% from 50/55/60/65/70%"

While 50% bonus attack speed at fisrt rank may be a little over the top, Miss Fortune definately deserves a such buff, especially in context of her weakneses compared to most of the other AD carries.

I also noticed that Strut does not scale additionally with level, as Riot has stated in the update announcement, did they forget about that?

I think they removed that off the PBE since early she could get towers really quickly.

But I'm hoping they can change it to 30/40/50/60/70% or 40/45/50/55/60%.

I'm not sure with the Strut though.

I have a strong feeling they will give her more attack speed or even a extra on her Impure Shots or something. The patch isn't going to be released any soon I'm pretty sure which leaves room for lots of changes.
