Lag increase after 5.14 patch

So before the recent patch my ping stayed at 20 and I was able to maintain 60 fps throughout the day. Now my ping keeps spiking to 300 - 500 consistently in my games throughout the day. Anyone else having this issue? There doesn't seem to be any reason for my ping increase as I haven't changed anything on my end for the past 2 months and the game has been playable. Also the lag seems to get progressively worse as the game goes on. Some games I will start at the usual 20 ping and then by the 15 minute everyone starts teleporting around the map.
