Balancing the Game and Nerfing Assassins are Synonymous

All Assassins have to be horrible laners for the game to be balanced. All other squishies are risky if assassins aren't. And most non-assassin squishies cant carry near as hard, nor snowball at all. Therefore, as we all know, the potential reward for being an assassin is the greatest, so the risk should be as well. It is straightforward common sense.
