"Guaranteed one of your chosen roles"

Hey Riot,

I see the bonus for filling or playing support involves being "guaranteed one of your chosen roles." Could this please be changed to "guaranteed your first choice role" without a whole ton of queue time penalty?

Clearly we always get one of our chosen roles. It's not even a question.

I don't want to wait 20 minutes to play jungle, but after I've played support for 2-3 straight games, it'd be nice to actually have a legit bonus applied to taking the obviously less preferred role.

Please consider a better bonus for playing fill or support, as "one of your chosen roles" isn't actually a bonus at all. I mean, even if it's an IP bonus or something, that'd be cool.

We just need to remove blinds and replace it with Team Builder. Everyone would get their role and champ without the risk of being banned out or picked out. I would also grind more support games if there was like a 50% IP bonus for playing it as well.

Absolutely! Or even if it was like, 25% increased IP for you[/your team] if you queue with less than a full team and have a support/fill in the party.

Haters gonna hate.

Cos it's a thankless role, no matter how well you play it. But because every time a support queues, YOUR queue pops. Every time someone picks fill, YOUR queue pops. It's one person doing 4 other people a favour by being flexible and [arguably] investing that time into playing a role that either a) is somewhat thankless, or b) they're adapting to because it's not common for them, or c) they've worked at all the roles to be good enough to fill in any position, and they choose these options so that others can play their games faster.

Supports and Fills are cutting your queue times, Riot has obviously noted this and implied that a reward should be there by being "guaranteed one of your selected roles"... but this isn't actually a reward.

The idea is already there that this is a position deserving of a reward, even Riot has implemented something suggesting they agree, but the actual "reward" kinda sucks.
