I thought it was a bit too strict time wise. Given that we, the masses, aren't able to 100% devote ourselves to 3 solid evenings of playing video games because of things like actual jobs and such, it was pretty disenchanting. I wanted to play, I really did, and the days I did get a chance, my friends weren't allowed to substitute people in because they couldn't substitute more than one person in.
FFS, they could make the team be 5 people, and then have like 5 benchwarmers or something to make swapping players in and out easier. That was the worst of it to me - people who aren't professional gamers are given the same strict time deadlines as professional gamers. For a mode like this, it definitely needed more flexibility to account for life.
