Buff herald champion damage. Nerf first tower gold

I'm honestly bored of all the ultra-short games and i miss having more intense competitive games where the outcome wasn't clear before 20 minutes.

Buff the heralds damage so it is actually risky to kill it if the enemy team decides to contest.

Nerf first tower gold because it is way to high and possibly even would be good to remove from game. For real like if someone is getting first tower they probably already won lane pretty handily, but then tack on like 650g... that is g fuckin g to that lane. Nerf the gold, make comebacks feel like real possibilities.

People are just giving up when the lose early cuz the game is snowballing way to fast atm....
